This was a customer return item within our 14 days store policy. It have a few minor defects. The outside cover have a small yellow stain on it. The inside mattress topper has a few small dirt spots and a few small tares. Other wise still in good condition.

Please use the pictures as reference. Memory foam helps reduce pressure points, providing comfort for all sleeping positions. Holds its shape, without flattening out. Carefully read the following instructions before opening. Fully unfold the topper cover and place it on your bed aligned in the direction of your mattress, with the grey side up.

Unzip the cover and fold back the grey panel so it is open. Place the foam roll on the bottom edge of your bed.

Using a pair of scissors, cut open the containment bag. Be careful not to cut the memory foam. First unroll the foam along the width of the foot of your bed. Next unroll the rest of the foam towards the head of your bed. Remove the packaging liner by sliding out from beneath foam and dispose. As the topper expands, fit the foam corners into the corresponding cover corners and fully zip the topper cover closed. Please consider that it may take up to 24 hours to completely recover to its full size.

As the topper regains its natural shape, please continue to gently adjust cover so that all edges align neatly. Once the topper has fully expanded and the cover is properly adjusted, flip the topper over to the white quilted pattern is facing upwards.
